eBay has great purpose - connecting buyers and sellers all over the world. eBay really cares about its employees and offers generous benefits programs, flexible remote work and commitment to employee wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.

Cons

PTO is just ok. Taking time off for recharge should be encouraged more.
