      Pros

      Supportive, welcoming, amazing training, 100% work from home contract. You genuinely get the feeling that they want you to succeed. Other call centres make you feel like a number, but there is nothing like that here. They want to get us to a point to progress and invest in skilling us up.

      Pros

      Good pay and work from home. If you have great social skills and know how to deal with difficult calls. You should be fine.

      Cons

      KPIs are unreasonable. Majority of the job is delivering NOs to customers. KPI is based on the surveys that members fill after each call. So it is difficult to control. Do what ever you can to pass probation. It is very very performance based. Job security is based of those surveys members fill.
