Middle management and teammates are nice and helpful.

Cons

Metrics are a bit tricky to hit as 75% of your calls will be unhappy customers who you have to deliver a negative outcome to. Tools are outdated and slow to use Lots of outsourced agency employees who are useless

productivity tracked and breaks timed to the second. mistakes / human error heavily penalised Multiple performance targets that must be met consistently regardless of circumstances very strict rules around sick leave back to back contacts and very little rest
