Amazing health/ employee benefits. Global company, many interactions across all borders. A lot of career opportunities.

Cons

eBay is notorious for the extremely low pay, unless you are working in higher management, or engineering, you will be paid subpar for the work you put in. Many times you are expected to do so much more than your job title, with no incentives. The culture in the company has greatly changed, for the worse- they are not employee centric at all anymore.

Micro management. Your screen is recorded heavily all day, audits even when you're in break to see what you're doing. Big brother vibes Really depends on your manager how good of a time you will have. Heavy favouritism, extra or fun jobs given to the buddies of the manager or coach

Comparatively not awful for the industry.

Cons

Management repeats the same mistakes and refuses to listen to it's employees when we voice concerns. In fact when we voice our opinions we're told not to speak about it or complain unless it's to our TL where you are then bullied into silence lest you lose your job. There is also little to no upper movement available, don't ever expect to move anywhere but laterally so they can pile more work on you from cross training and lay off more people.
