Pros
Flexible schedule (3 days in the office but employees can choose when to come) Work is interesting A lot of great peope (sadly many peope who are in management, leadership are not as kind or fair)
Cons
Matrix org makes it challenging to collaborate Expectation is too high, leading to many feeling burnout Some managers are great but some are abusing their power. The great leaders were either let go or forced to leave.
