Pros

Wonderful Benefits Acceptable Pay Shift difference after hours

Cons

eBay policies overlook blatant scams. Most calls are very negative. eBay wants you to turn a negative into a positive. How can you turn someone who has proof that they were scammed out of 1000 items and say sorry? There is nothing we can do is not going to sound positive. It's mentally taxing and draining.

Pros

The teams are highly collaborative and bring strong expertise to the table. One of the most valuable assets is the incredibly rich first-party data, which provides deep insights and unlocks meaningful opportunities for strategic decision-making and customer engagement.

Cons

Significant internal politics and a US-based team with limited understanding of EU markets. The primary focus is on short-term revenue generation rather than building customer-centric strategies.
