Cons

Challenges with some management - but depends on the organization. There has been a lot of turnover within the executive staff as well, but they may settle down now that they have a new CEO. They have had layoffs in the last few years just before earnings.

Cons

Re-organizations are taking place too often and damage the sense of stability. Many contractor jobs with very small chance to become full time employee.
