Can't really think of any pros.

Cons

You work as a cashier, storage worker, cleaning lady and not as a pharmacy technician. Work shifts are changed at the last minute so your off days soon become working days. You have to come 30 min before your shift starts and leave 30 min after your working hours, which is not payed, and salary is not as advertised.
