The working atmosphere is very nice. Colleagues are amazing people. Labor union is very active and has plenty of activities.

Cons

The company has been around in china for quite a long time and since I was there there were lots of foreigners managing the company. Now most of the management positions have been localized.

Cons

Must "kiss the ring" of management. Company management is never around to actually be part of making business decisions.
