      Very disorganized, untrustworthy

      Pros

      Interesting range of sensing technologies but several being divested

      Cons

      I echo some of the previous reviews: Extremely disorganized, maybe one contributing factor being the quick expansion and many acquisitions of various other companies without proper integration As stated by some other employees, dishonest HR and a few incompetent managers. Only trust your fixed package and do not believe for an instant that you are valued at the company

      Good company with uncertain future

      Pros

      Very positive work environment. People are friendly and have overall good working relationships, both among team members and between management and employees. Nice benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      For the past few years the lighting industry has experienced unprecedented changes and many old lighting companies are struggling due to reduced margin and increased competition. The recent acquisition by ams cast even more uncertainty to the future of the company.
