      Pros

      I got to work with some amazing people. Job used to be lots of fun developing new products. The new now is cost cutting and it shows on the quality of product.

      Cons

      Many management decisions that appear to show they want to close/sell off portions. Very top heavy not enough investment in the people on the floor. If you are part of the in crowd you will get promoted.
