      Capable Management needed

      Pros

      Good environment and good colleagues. Relaxed work and zero stress. The company is willing to invest in your training, whenever it is possible.

      Cons

      You are a number without any empowerment. Managers don’t share info and play with the headcounts to enlarge their personal power. The management is vacant and don’t take any decision ever. The current structure is not capable to change to answer properly to the new markets demands.

      Negative points there are and it is up your boss. Some boss does not share news and planning, this make you a ignorant slave
