      Pros

      Great working environment, friendly team, and flexible schedule — perfect for students. I learned a lot about customer service, sales techniques, and teamwork. The staff was supportive, and the management treated employees with respect. Employee discounts were a big plus, and the brand itself is motivating to work for.

      Cons

      Work can be physically demanding, especially during busy seasons and sales periods. Standing for long hours and dealing with high customer flow can be tiring.
