      Strong brand recognition in market to flaunt in resume

      Cons

      Corporate Politics, Line Managers asking to work overtime, top performers get average rating and normal performance employee gets poor rating, toxic competitive environment. Poor HR resolution. Underpaid employees compared to competitors. Directors don't want more M4 level managers. Overhiring P1 (Assistant Managers) and making them do 2-3x work of M4 level. If you want to find Netherlands/European peaceful work life balance, this is not place for you.
