Pros

I loved the work life balance and the people there. It was a great place to work because you were in the center of europe and had great opportunities to travel. Also working in south germany allows for a lot of vacation time therefor seeing the world is possible. also there is a great punch in system in that there is no punch in system if your work is done and you have your necessary hours for the week you are good to go. Playing sports at lunch is not bad either. Also if you are into sports this is the place to be as they are well positioned for the economic downslide. With the world cup coming up this is the pace to be!

Cons

There were not many downsides of working for adidas other then not understanding german to get around town. however if you like adventure then being dropped in the middle of germany not knowing a word of german is right up your ally. The culture is great but different there in that things are closed on sunday and nothing is 24 7u like we are used to in the USA. If you dont like the cld then there is not the place to work either because int he winter it can be very depressing. Also company sports can be a bit pricy at times however even though you have to pay for the gym and activities its still alot cheeper then on the outside.

Pros

fun enviorment. get to wear sports clothes to work in.

Cons

A lot of mgmt does not care about job. They do a poor job promoting within the company. nike is just a few miles away so alot of people switch between the two companies often. Nike generally pays better.

Pros

It is a fun enviornment to be in. you get to travel around and meet new people constantly. there are many opportunitities to maybe sometimes get into things you would not have gotten into. you get paid a good amount of money for some working at hard times. You do get paid a good amount of money for being in school so that was a plus. i enjoyed doing some new things and people seemed to really enjoy hearing about the adidas products and i had a good time wearing free adidas gear. i really liked being my own boss per se.

Cons

this would be a great place to work as an internship because it is only a weekend gig. everyone is trained properly on site and adidas will provide you with a place to stay if needed as well as travel arrangements. it is my understanding that they are headquartered in new york and they give you free stuff constantly when working on new missions. some gigs may be a little lame as you may be handing out fliers or just simply selling shoes to put it simply. you may also feel obligated to only choose adidas clothing and shoes ok?
