      Pros

      I like working for a company with a competitive spirit and high moral values in my opinion. And I like working in a sports oriented field.

      Cons

      In starting out in such a large company sometimes I feel like your voice can get over seen or under valued within the company dynamic. It has a lot of politics associated to hierarchy and decision making.

      Great and I mean Excellent benefits including health insurance and they do recognize domestic partnerships, FTO, holiday pay after a year. Clothing allotments and opportunity for everyone to make bonuses. However, due to the recession they cut off benefits to part time employees,

      Cons

      Corporate needs to take feedback from store level a little more seriously. Too many Germans taking over the American market of the brand. Incompetent and unorganized district managers. It's all about who you know in that company and it will dictate how you advance. Hard work has no merit.
