      Everybody was miserable, especially the management.

      Pros

      Large uniform allowance, 4 times a year.

      Cons

      Management would show up 30 minutes late to open in the morning and no apologize. This happened all the time. They were angry all the time and hounded us on sales statistics. We were expected to follow the customers around like lost puppies, which just drove the customers away. Turnover was so high, I think they just didn't care about anyone.

      Constant corporate changes, not being communicated quickly enough to stores Growth program is mandatory to entire staff. Spent a lot wasted payroll developing staff who had no desire to grow. No part time benefits Low staff moral Marketing has opportunity

      Pros

      Great place to learn the industry. Adidas give you the opportunity to create and learn a wide range of jobs. Has a close-knit environment.

      Cons

      Germany HQ still dictates a lot of the business decisions that should be handled by American leaders. We tend to copy our competitor rather than dictate the market.
