      Pros

      A truly global company which offers exposure to various cultures. Well organized and structured. Robust systems in place. Nice people. The company supports some great sports events such as the Olympic and the Soccer World Cup. An exciting place for sports savvy people. In addition, it offers staff discount across all of it's product ranges.

      Cons

      There is limited support for employee's further training and education. There are not many opportunities for employees to rotate among different regions and or functions.
