Pros

adidas tops the International diversity at the HQ. Coming to work is a dream, since they continue to provide perks to the employees. New amazing gym, new food canteen, new parking garage all in one place.

Cons

Internal politics which you will get at any big company. It surely helps if you network around to get ahead, or you will just get passed up.

Pros

Reputable brand globally with great products. Has some great people in key roles and working culture is good (less some useless leaders!). In good position to challenge Nike to be the No.1 sports brand.

Cons

Unfair treatment by senior management team, incompetent people in key roles, all talk and no action type of management style, capable employees who contributed significantly to the success of company were axed with no good reasons.

Pros

Being around sports day in and day out is outstanding. The people typically come from a team atmosphere so a casual, but team attitude is prominent throughout most of the company. Very flexible with how you integrate work and play (gyms, athletic facilities, etc.) and if you are playing soccer, basketball or tennis at any point in the day, it's totally acceptable.

Cons

the international nature of the company creates some challenges with getting decisions made and sometimes the global organization tends to drive certain mandates without fully understanding the impact it may have on the 77 other countries globally. In a few cases, there are some questionable leaders, but I guess this is subjective and would be the case in most 50,000 person organizations.
