-good salary(double pay for bank holidays,possibility to work over-time when/if needed) -good colleagues(they became your friends after a while) -good environment -excellent supervisors(flexible and caring) -free food on special occasions -good training -after few months here, you learn to remain calm in high-stress situations -nice restaurant and cafeteria -nice team events
Cons
-no room for career opportunities and professional growth -if you are not able to cope with stressful situations, this is not the right job for you! -poor personal hygiene of some colleagues
