      Pros

      Stay for the paycheck. Leave for the Management.

      Cons

      Management didn't seem like they knew up from down, and it absolutely showed. If you didn't make quota as a department, you were berated and talked down to like a child. Socializing outside of break was a SIN and bathroom breaks were monitored. Management thought they were raising morale every few weeks by giving out "free lunch" as a dog treat.

      it's a big company so making decisions takes time and can sometime be blocked for bureaucratic reasons.
