Building a company is an incredible challenge. Scaling a company from just a few customers to over 20,000 requires grit, dedication, innovation, and a lot of hard work. ZoomInfo isn’t a 9-5 job, and isn’t a good fit for everyone. Saying that, I’ve begun working 1:1 to help uncover and identify gaps we have between our company culture and employee expectations. We are exploring those gaps and will work to improve closing those gaps so that we can be the best company to work for. Building ZoomInfo into a world class organization will mean having to support an increase in customers, an increase in employees, and an increase in projects.
