Extremely interesting work; mostly great and dedicated people with whom to work; technical challenges; exceptional work ethic
Cons
Accommodations, meaning work-space really reeks; the company used to be a very politics-free organization but recent staff additions, mainly in management has changed that way for the worse. People I know who have been "let go" are never counseled and given the opportunity to rectify the situation. Employees just get told one day to go to HR and then they are let go; management refuses to communicate with employees with respect to performance or behavior issue, they just let them go; the company, IMHO, is very biased with respect to LGBT persons. In the past year two "out" transsexuals and one disabled veteran have been let go, the CEO is prone to lashing out with little or no warning and chastising and yelling at employees in front of their peers. The benefits are not very good though they do have a reasonably decent 401(k) plan.
