Great management that adapts well to the growth and changes of the company. Awesome, motivated culture. DiscoverOrg pushes you to be your best. That might look intimidating from the outside; a less-genuine company might use that as justification to push you to a breaking point. DiscoverOrg is not that company, we offer a sincere promise of a successful career. You grow as the company grows, and we all adapt and learn together.

Cons

Parking in downtown Vancouver can be a challenge. Growth can be messy as we frequently change the office layout to accommodate new people, but such change is resolved quickly and always feels like a net positive.

-The people at DiscoverOrg are all very friendly but also great at what they do. -The leadership team is the most competent team I've ever been around. They provide a clear vision, transparent expectations, lots of learning opportunities and great feedback. -The company is growing crazy fast which provides some great professional development opportunities. -Everyone is very committed to driving this company forward and works extremely hard to do so. It's honestly pretty cool to see.

Cons

Not really a con in my opinion, but if you don't like all the change that comes with rapid growth then you might not like the pace.
