      Pros

      The culture and energy is unmatched. They give you all of the tools needed and make it easy to succeed if you have any sort of work ethic. Goals are achievable and expectations are always clear. Training is top notch as they adjust on the fly if needed. This is not a place where leadership says "well that's the way we've been doing it for years".
