-Great overall culture, team comradery. Make you feel like you a part of something special and really want to help you grow no matter what direction -Continuous learning development and coaching opportunities. -Numerous ways to move up internally and grow professionally -Great earnings potential

Cons

-Although working remote has its pros with work life balance being in the office does have numerous advantages when you can physically be with your team and bring that energy. Going into the office once a week is nice but more consistency when the pandemic hopefully settles down more will be nice!

I have been with ZI for over 5 years and I loved every second of it. I started as an individual contributor and have been promoted many times. The company is growing insanely fast and as a result there are tons of advancement opportunities. The product is the best, it is easy to sell, have always hit or exceeded quota, and leadership cares and knows what they are doing. Moreover, they/we listen to feedback because we care and do what we can to make changes and drive the company forward.

Cons

As a result of this rapid growth, processes are always changing and the market is shifting. This can be challenging for people who dont like change or just want to show up and do the same thing every day.
