      Pros

      Good compensation, benefits, people, and opportunity for growth. You can make your own career path here and ICs get a ton of freedom to build and create!

      Cons

      For me, this is not really a con because my natural pace is quick, but things move FAST here. Ensuring you have a work-life balance is your responsibility, so set the standards/boundaries you're comfortable with early on and stick to them.

      Pros

      - TONS of opportunity. - We know we aren't perfect, but strive to get better each day. This means your work is truly meaningful and you can see the immediate impact and results of your hard work. - Each person here at ZI is on the same mission to get 1% better each day and 'Get Stuff Done' which means you aren't stuck working with colleagues who just won't put in the same effort as you. - Our business model is incredibly valuable to our customers which span across nearly all industries. This means, in good economic times and in bad, we are a commodity in the market place.

      Cons

      No real 'CONS' but things to be aware of as you seek out a career at ZoomInfo: - Be prepared to work and meet/exceed aggressive targets. Like I said above, we 'Get Stuff Done' and work to be better each day. If this isn't you, it's really a non-starter. - Because we all want to get better, there are sometimes multiple workstreams happening with the same goal. This is OK if you know how to communicate effectively and can be comfortable knowing there isn't always 1 path to project success. -
