      Fast-paced environment, time flies by because we are so busy! Everyone is willing to help, all the time.

      Cons

      Can be conflicting priorities at times; but you need only raise up concerns and things are taken care of.

      I wouldn't wish this toxic stress on anyone

      Pros

      you can advance quickly if your idea of work/life balance looks like 10+ hour work days where you are guilted and shamed into eating at your computer with little to no breaks

      Cons

      There are so many things wrong with this place - I don't know where to start. You are truly just a number to them, and if you don't hit your quota for a certain number of consecutive months you are quietly fired, but no one even notices because they are always hiring like crazy. You are disposable. Expect to be belittled, shamed, and extremely micro-managed on a daily basis when you are constantly being told that you are not doing enough to help the company make more money. Don't take this job unless you absolutely have to.

Employees in our Sales organization do receive a lot of training about our products as well as providing stellar customer service.
