      Great Team Great Company

      Pros

      Currently it is all At home work that is very accommodating. The work atmosphere is both relaxed and competitive. The Customer Solutions Department is full of helpful people willing to drop what they are doing and help you with your troubleshooting. Lastly the recruitment process was very easy and though I had 4 interviews, I am very happy with the outcome and the process.

      Pros

      ZoomInfo is a fast paced technology company that is a great place to work. The product is incredibly well received from the market, the sales team is top notch, the leadership team is focused on strategy and growing the company.

      Cons

      Things change quickly - it's often hard to keep up. There is a maniacal focus on metrics so be prepared to come with data.
