-Unlimited earning potential -Flexibility -You get what you put in -Most of the people there are awesome

Cons

-Might have been a rough part in my life so some of this is on me, but our management at the time wasn't supportive in helping reach out goals. -The environment from a particular manager just made us not want to work -Think things got a ton better when I left from what I hear
