Pros

- Good product to sell - Great resume builder - Nice new office

Cons

Where do I begin - so much is wrong here. My mental health had never been worse - Unrealistic quota expectations for outbound sales team. Very difficult to attain for those that do their job correctly (no cheating) - Politics. Some teams/reps cheat and have access to resources/loopholes that others do not. When those outside that select group try to do the same thing, they get into trouble. Unfair and toxic that management knows about the cheating but refuses to address it because it makes the company money. - No work life balance. Cannot hit quota without copious amounts of overtime and zero quota adjustment for days off. Reps scared to take time off. - Churn and burn culture. In the month since I’ve left, several of my peers have also left or gotten fired. PIP culture. No one is valued - Low pay for the amount of work, effort, energy needed to hit our quota

Pros

I would say it's not the worst when it comes to consistency half over half with renewals for the most part,

Cons

- Abysmal commissions - Upward mobility has completely dried up unless you're a favorite - The type of sales company that will stretch to find any other means to get you to go the extra mile outside of relatively decent additional earning spiffs. - No additional monthly/ quarterly, yearly, etc, bonuses for going above and beyond if you do. You make base and commission and for the most part, that's it for the majority of the entire year.

Pros

Management is relaxed later in the day and no dial/email metrics required as long as number is hit

Cons

Seems very churn & burn. People always constantly put on PIPs and team turnover is insane either way is to go upmarket to avoid pip. Top performers don’t share secrets as they mass email/text and main top performer speaks high level and never shared any tips in terms of being successful. Very outside of the box mentality to be successful. Also cut accelerator bonuses in half and AEs commission rate.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience as an SDR with us has been less than perfect. My goal is for all our SDRs to feel supported while building a long-term career in Sales. Our SDR leadership prioritizes clear coaching, fair opportunities to improve, and transparent incentives. Our turnover levels are actually quite normal for SaaS, but we're exceptionally proud of our number of promotions – over 600 in the Sales organization alone in 2025. Regarding your comments about going upmarket, this is a company-wide strategic shift that all employees from Sales to Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, etc. are all pulling together on. Your input will be shared with our HR and SDR leadership teams. If you have more concerns, my door is open to you. Thanks again for taking the time to leave feedback. – Sean Dwyer, ZoomInfo VP of Sales Development
