      Pros

      Zoominfo has so many talented and great people, the product design is good and so are the technologies used in the R&D department

      Cons

      A poor management (sometimes) cause a lot of hidden unemployment and frustration. The UI/UX of many of the products is far beneath the average level of other companies.
