Pros

Good pay. Fun people to work with. Pretty area. Discount is pretty good. Get to stay very fashionable on a budget.

Cons

The management team is THEE worst ever! They don't care about you at all and work you to death and still want you be happy working there. This place has me super depressed and can't wait to find another place to work. My advice: Don't do it unless you desperately need a job. They don't really want you to succeed. They just want you to work super hard and critique everything you do. I'm just a creative person who thought I can come here and be creative but I was terribly mistaken. And the sad thing the owner is the third richest man in the world but he's pronounced the most heartless person. Even his daughter looks mean. If you have an ounce of self worth please reconsider working here. I know I have I'm desperately trying to get out.

Pros

Great Benefits. Think that is about it for pros.

Cons

Not being able to take your vacation because when you come back to work the store will be a hot mess. The regional team is all over the place. They are terrible with communication and have no respect for store management. Probably the most disrespectful place I've ever worked for. The hiring process is a mess. Needed another manager for my store and took forever to have them help me interview or even hire. I worked in a high volume NJ store and never had a moment of peace in there. If you are drawn to a hot mess then this is your place, If you like to be treated like trash then apply at Zara.

Pros

Experience in customer service, retail and design. Pay isn't bad, $11.50/hr + storewide commission (~ makes up for taxes). Don't expect this if retail experience is minimal. RFID "training" Learn how to basically manage a store by yourself as a retail associate. Register training (if qualified) Floor design experience

Cons

Unreliable scheduling, don't apply if you have restrictions, if you have a school schedule set, they ignore it and treat you as if you are in the wrong. Switched to other departments without notice/ knowledge of stock. Only training was for register. No manager, employees in charge of themselves. Back stock is constantly unorganized. Tedious check out method.
