sick days guranteed hours depends on location and management

unprofessional hr support unprofessional corporate staff management is ridiculous on floor associates aren't ever properly trained retail employees usually last a couple months and then quit commission is not great employees call out sick frequently unreliable management in regards to honoring company's policies room for growth depends on experience/location they'll first keep you in retail as long as you can before considering in a corporate level

The worst retail job I’ve ever had. Management treated both customers and employees like trash. Lines were always long due to lack of cashiers and cashier training. They don’t tell you about the “Blackout” dates for the holidays during your interview.

Management is an absolute joke. Barely teach you anything in the induction, then they throw you on the floor and get another sales assistant (that also hasn't properly been trained) to train staff. Always coming up with "new training plans" to "improve employees competency" which last for 2 weeks with minimal follow up or follow through before it reverts back, then a "new" "training plan" comes along. Long hours. You're a number to them and replaceable. They're constantly hiring because people are constantly leaving.
