it is a great opportunity to get into the fashion world, build your career from the ground up and if you are full time as a sales associate they give you good hours and train you pretty well in a short amount of time

Cons

sometimes it gets to be too hectic and takes alot of your time and effort, all the stores may or may not be as organized with scheduling like they should be.

customers expect too much out of sales associates, sales associates vs. managers, staying most nights till 10, managers, horrible discount (15 percent)
