progrees very fast if determined, from a sales assitant, lots of internal promotion. amazing clothes

heavily spanish influenced, very useful if can spreak spanish. externals struggle going straight into a top store. very demanding.

Nice clothes. Insurance policy package is very good. Good learning experience. Very organised about deliveries, human ressources, merchandisong, general maintenance.

Cons

Schedules!!! Management inflexible. Understaffed. High rotation - Unsatisfied and unhappy sales associates have a bad pay, work very hard and get rare feedback from management because of lack time to train them proprely. Long and stressful cash procedures both for clients and cashiers.
