Exhausting work for little pay, poor clothing quality

management is lenient and flexible coworkers are good commission that's pretty much it...the company itself is disappointing

Cons

overpriced, poor quality clothing- arrives damaged have to go up four flights when no one is in stock room to check marchandise almost exclusively international customers, making communication difficult scheduling is erratic, at time way too much and way too little difficult to get benefits very fast-paced on weekends- this could be good or bad, depending on your personality

-Good products -get to know some knowledge of fashion trends but limited.

Cons

-poor employee discount - too much work and stressful job - low salary compared to workload you have to do - no opportunity to grow within the company - customer complaining about the product defect Lots lots of work as a manager. Don't want to invest and waste my time.
