The company culture isn't great, nor are the employee benefits.

The clothes are nice. Work life balance was never an issue because it was a sales role. There's opportunities to move around within the store.

Cons

The team is cliquey and there was lots of backstabbing at the store I used to work. They do not prioritize customer service. The stock organization system was pretty hectic.
