Pros

Great benefits Vacation time Merchandise discount (small, but something) Very challenging and always exciting

Cons

VERY/TOO challenging... almost to the point of distress and going home with the hanging pressure of what was to come at work the following day. Small stock room + too much stock = tears, tears, and tears. Management is held responsible for a lot of things that could be delegated out to sales associates. It became stressful when associates were standing around folding tables all day when there was clearly so much else to be done.

Pros

Decent Pay compared to other retail stores Global Commission Flexible schedules Great way to gain experience in retail Very fashion forward Potential room for growth Occasional celebrity clients Fun coworkers

Cons

Small discount (15%) Absolutely NO benefits for part-time workers Expected to do go "above and beyond" without recognition. (ie: cashier doing sales associate, stock room, or even managerial tasks on a daily basis without extra pay) Spanish owned company showing favoritism towards Hispanics (Walk into a Zara and ask for a manager. Nine times out of ten they will be Hispanic. The other 1 out of 10 will probably be Polish) Disorganization amongst management and HR.
