Staff was friendly and amazing, Product line were favourable and well designed.

Cons

Pay rate system was not up to appreciated level for staff levels. Higher office management treated lower staff with much disrespect.

Good pay and commission rates !

Cons

Stress, long hours , regionals don't care, grievances all over the place ! No holiday half terms or dec/ jan or July ! Don't give correct contracts either, expected to do way above job description as minium and make training agreements don't stick to !
