      Nothing pros that i can think of

      Management is asking too much unreasonable demand & very high expectations from them to the staff even under special situation ( low manpower) they still expect u to complete the job on the same amount of time. Higher management is showing favoritism to certain staff in the company allowing these staff to be promoted faster then other who are performing better. Bad company value (believe in internal promotion but was keep hiring manager from outside ) low pay & super high work load .

      Pros

      Honestly the employee discount. If you like Zara clothing like I do, then it really comes in handy.

      Cons

      Crappy hours and shifts. Schedule constantly changing, so you can't plan on having the same days week to week. The job is retail, obviously... But the day to day job of folding and cleaning up behind grown stuck up people can really start to ware on you. It wasn't for me. So I quit.
