      The discount. The managers are absolutely horrible they don't care about the employees. Most of them seem overwhelmed themselves and don't know what they are doing.

      Good pay, coworkers are entertaining since we all hate the general manager, some of the managers let us listen to music during closing ( if general manager isn’t there)Good pay, coworkers are entertaining since we all hate the general manager, some of the managers let us listen to music during closing ( if general manager isn’t there)

      Management doesn't know how to manage the schedule, General Manager drags on closing by bringing up new clothing at the last minute, there's no help from management when floor is busy, constantly being stopped to do other projects

      Clothes are very fashion-forward, making them fun to sell. New shipment comes in twice a week, so you stay very busy with constant new merchandise.

      Cons

      Poor management, not many full-time opportunities or hours, long shifts in very uncomfortable uniform, typical retail environment that becomes very old after awhile
