Business Outlook
Pros
Colleagues are friendly, as of most retail store people are. Very willing to help and give support. Staff discount at many different retailers. Fast-paced environment, plenty of things to learn about. New arrivals twice every week, new merchandise everytime you work! Jobs are very specialized. Sales assistants don't have to do cashiering and vice versa. They even have cleaners to clean up the outlet floors.
Cons
More than one manager per outlet. Sometimes might have conflicting interests and instructions. No training for temporary staff, which might cause overall service standard to drop. No eating or drinking (even for candy) during shift. Hard to remember or check merchandise because of the high frequency of new arrivals.
