There is a general overall unfriendliness between ALL staff, employees to employees, managers to employees, etc. This seems to be a common theme in the fashion world but I was still somewhat surprised for this unnecessary attitude. I also saw that they demand an incredible amount of the employees considering the base pay and lack of incentive to do better as comission is not available for sales people, but only for managers. In addition, they REQUIRE you to have all day availability on Saturday and Sunday and are very unflexible with this or any scheduling requests. Overall, I saw the managers expecting a whole lot while being rather unwilling to reward the hard-working, intelligent and motivated team members who are qualified and want to start a career there. I feel the whole business model is pretty inhumane and unrewarding.

They were literally slave drivers, we had to stay every night at least 2 hours after closing just to organize clothes to their "standard" while the general manager just stood around. Also, our employee discount of %15 percent was nothing.
