      A month in and it's going well.

      Pros

      I actually enjoy coming to work mainly because I love the people I work with and what I do. I earnestly being a cashier and the interactions I have with customers. My manager is also awesome and understanding. Everyone, in general, is friendly and willing to help. I also like the fact there is a base pay plus team-based commission. No one feels competitive to have to "beat" anyone. It's all team work.

      Cons

      The employee discount is abysmal. I lucked out with a great manager but I've heard other department managers within our store being very disorganized.

      Pros

      1.I got along with pretty much everyone. 2.Fun store to work at if you can keep up and keep a positive attitude. 3.Also good pay $11.50 hourly for s a sales associate position. 4.Good amount of times for breaks. 5. Good amount of hours I had to ask for less to focus on school. 6. The clothes!!!

      Cons

      1.Uniforms rip pretty fast. 2. Discounts could be better. 3. Gossip, but I guess that's everywhere. 4. A couple of employees half-assing.
