Pros

They sell awesome clothes, and you get to wear a neat uniform which for men changes consistently. Commissioned from sales + hourly which isn't awful.

Cons

Bad communication through management. Really ridiculous rules that they try to enforce. Not thorough training for some associates.

Pros

Provides uniforms so you don't have to figure out what to work every day. The joint commission is nice if you don't like pushing items upon customers, but if you want to make any kind of real commission stay away. Gives decent vacation time to full-time employees.

Cons

Terrible discount (15% is a joke,) lazy/ disorganized managers, management expects you to work after hours, sometimes into the wee hours of the morning.

Pros

I love the clothes, the ambiance. Some really wonderful professional people who keep leaving, if that tells you anything.

Cons

Horrible discount. Terrible HR - Don't expect a call back if you have a problem. No clear directions on what the expectations are. Miserable experience.
