If you're Hispanic you will get promoted, no matter how stupid or incompetent you are. If you're young and white, the more obnoxious you are i.e. lazy, late, absent, etc., the more likely you will be promoted. Blacks usually don't last long, because they must be perfect, or else. The only reason one happens to be promoted is if they are desperate to fill position, they beg for it, or have worked at the company literally forever, and then they make their existence a living hell. Part-time means 0 benefits. No matter how long you're with the company. You get nothing. If you, God forbid, get sick, for a week, they might just fire you, depending on how heartless your manager is. The hourly wage for associates is a joke considering the fact that you are also a visual coordinator, stock room person, and manager all in one.
