Consistently understaffed — I was regularly doing the work of three people alone in the stock room. General Manager was intimidating and unprofessional. A manager once crept up behind me without warning; when I mentioned she scared me, she showed no apology and instead demanded I process 10 items per minute — an unrealistic expectation even for an experienced worker. On another occasion, I waited politely for a manager to finish a conversation so I could ask for more tasks. Instead of appreciating the initiative, she told me I shouldn’t be asking and should just run. No guidance, no respect, no support. While I was working there I felt I am in a 3rd world country ..

Could use better management in treating employees nicer
