- Corporate management imposes policies to be implemented in the stores and by the managers that are unrealistic. They are out of touch - Working at Zara as a sales Associate was a high-stress job, and I did not feel that my monetary compensation was comparable to the stress - Store was very often understaffed- during shifts and generally not hiring enough people for the work
