      Good benefits to employees in terms of facilities and salary.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance. Management is already aware of this. Employees are forced to make a time entry of 8 hours even though he works for more than 12 hours.

      Very narrow mindset. Didn’t see people with broad strategic mindset that you can find in general management consulting companies. Highly political environment. In contrary with what office / company wants to portray, there is a lot of back stabbing going on. Career planning / growth processes immature and in many cases non-existent (meaning there are very informal and based on ad hoc decisions). I recommend general management consulting firms to young people instead of ZS as they provide diversity in type of assignments and industries / clients, and equip employees with strategic mindset.
